Hello, I am Charlie
I had been managing perimenopause for well over 15 years when 3 years ago my life shifted in ways I never expected. The ground seemed to open beneath me and I developed severe anxiety and agoraphobia from nowhere. My children were leaving home and my marriage was changing. It was not just hormonal changes, it was a complete unraveling of my identity and I no longer recognised myself.
I had spent years guiding others as a platform medium, teaching energy work, nervous system regulation, and emotional grounding. When my own world fractured, those same tools became my lifeline. Breath by breath and step by step, I slowly began to feel calmer, stronger, and more able to navigate everything that was happening around me. This was never about bouncing back, it was about learning to live more authentically and creating a life that felt like mine again.
Perimenopause, nearing menopause, and a late in life ADHD diagnosis layered extra complexity onto an already overwhelming time. Exhaustion, brain fog, sleepless nights, and emotional overwhelm were constant companions. I know what it feels like to question your competence, your voice, and your identity and to feel lost in a life that once felt familiar.
Today, although sometimes challenging, my life looks very different as I am starting to enjoy regular walks in the countryside, something that not so long ago felt impossible. I have been working on myself consistently, reconnecting with my life’s purpose, and now I am back mentoring women navigate this season of their lives with awareness, clarity, and a strength that comes from lived experience, not theory.
I created Still Me - The Soul Within to support women during perimenopause and menopause because I understand how destabilising this time can feel; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This work matters deeply to me because I am working my way through it too, and I know how transformative the right kind of support can be. I guide women step by step, helping them feel grounded, supported, heard, and seen, so they can navigate through their perimenopause and menopause journey with courage and confidence.
There is a way through this season, and I am here to walk alongside you as you find yours.
