Navigating perimenopause and menopause can leave you feeling like you are invisible, unheard, and completely alone.
Still Me - The Soul Within has been created for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, offering support that is both grounding and uplifting. This stage of life can bring big shifts in energy, emotions, and wellbeing; moments that call for support, understanding, and practical tools to help you feel balanced and aligned.
During my own perimenopause journey, I experienced the confusion, the emotional ups and downs, and the deep exhaustion that can feel impossible to explain. But through that journey, I discovered gentle, practical ways to support my body and mind; ways that brought clarity, calm, and renewed confidence.
Now, I would like to share those practices with you.
Still Me is a space where you will be truly seen, understood, and guided with simple tools to soothe your nervous system, ease emotional overwhelm, and restore your energy and confidence.
You can explore daily support, join our private community, take part in free events, or work more personally with me through 1:1 mentoring.
Take a look around and choose what feels right for you.
I look forward to meeting you.

"Menopause hit me harder than I expected. Hot flushes, brain fog, mood swings… I was struggling to even get up in the morning. Still Me – The Soul Within has honestly been a lifesaver. The guidance is easy to follow, and the practices really help me feel calmer even after only 3 weeks. I feel like I’m finally finding my feet again." Sadie N, 47
"I didn’t realise how much going through the menopause was taking over my life, my moods were all over the place and I felt completely off with myself. Still Me has been such a great find for me and for my partner. The meditations and practices have helped me cope with my stressful job and I have been able to put a bit of a positive slant on it. Still Me is like a little daily lifeline for my soul."
Clare W, 52
"I’ve been feeling all over the place since realising that I was probably peri-menopausal and I wasn’t liking the woman that I saw in the mirror. When I feel more confident I’m really looking forward to joining one of the Zoom meetings and connecting with others as I am really struggling to do this alone.” Elaine E.
